A Notice from Human Resources Regarding Availability of ACA Forms 1095-B and 1095-C: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 2024, employers are no longer required to automatically furnish Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to individuals unless specifically requested. If you would like to receive a copy of your ACA form, you may request one at any time. To request your Form 1095-B or 1095-C, please contact the County Executive’s office.
