Planning Commission
Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month (or the following Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Meetings are at 6:00 p.m. at the Rawlings Building. Plat submissions are due three Fridays before the scheduled meeting date. Note: There is no meeting in December.
Resolution 202512-6 establishes a fee schedule for subdivision plat review by the Humphreys County Planning Commission. Fees are set at $250 for minor subdivisions (1–3 lots) and $400 plus $25 per lot for major subdivisions consisting of four or more lots. Fees are due at time of plat submission and are non-refundable.
